The groups consist of no more than 12 parents attending 5 sessions and are supported with three phone counseling/catch-up sessions at home. The course uses DVDs and workbooks to engage parents and reinforce strategies. This is an eight-week series. Please note this group will be offered via ZOOM video conference.

This series will address: Coping strategies for stressful situations Developing plans to reduce parenting stress Taking control of personal thoughts and reactions *Please note this course is for Mendocino residents or Mendocino Superior Courts.
