Baby & Child Mental Health
Guidance on healthy pregnancy, nutrition, baby care, breastfeeding, health and wellness, parenting skills, stress management, local resources, and more.
Every family is unique. We meet you where you are and adapt to your needs.
You’ll see the same person who will get to know you and your family.
Babies don’t come with instructions. Family Support Home Visitors share information and activities to help parents make a strong start with their babies.

We aspire to include all home visiting programs on this page, but some may choose not to include their information or receive referrals here. If your program is interested in connecting or receiving referrals through the coordinated intake process, please contact us at 707-462-4453 ext. 1050.

This free, voluntary program pairs families with a trained nurse or community health specialist who will listen to family needs and provide targeted support to help parents build supporting, positive relationships. Emphasis is placed on having fun while learning about child development, best parenting practices, strength building, and personal goal setting.
