Baby & Child Mental Health
Guidance on healthy pregnancy, nutrition, baby care, breastfeeding, health and wellness, parenting skills, stress management, local resources, and more.
Every family is unique. We meet you where you are and adapt to your needs.
The same Family Support Home Visitor will be with you from the start to the finish. It will be someone you can trust, that knows your family, and who will show up when you need them.
Babies don’t come with instructions. Family Support Home Visitors share information and activities to help parents make a strong start with their babies.
This free, voluntary program pairs families with a trained nurse or community health specialist who will listen to family needs and provide targeted support to help parents build supporting, positive relationships. Emphasis is placed on having fun while learning about child development, best parenting practices, strength building, and personal goal setting.
